Estimates and pricing

• Prices shown on the website are estimates and may change based on home condition, size, add-ons, access, and scope.
• We may require an on-site or phone consultation to confirm pricing and scope.
• Additional services requested after arrival may increase the total cost.

Access and preparation

• Please ensure we have access to the areas being cleaned at the scheduled time.
• For best results, personal items, valuables, and clutter should be secured before service.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by lack of access or excessive clutter beyond the agreed scope.

Service limitations

• We do not guarantee removal of permanent stains, pet odor, mold, or damage caused by wear, age, or prior condition.
• We may decline or stop service if we believe conditions are unsafe (e.g., hazardous materials, severe biohazards, aggressive pets).

Payment

• Payment is due as agreed at booking/confirmation (e.g., completion of service or other arranged terms).
• Unpaid balances may result in cancellation of future services.

Satisfaction guarantee

If you’re not satisfied, contact us within 24 hours of service completion and we will make reasonable efforts to address the issue. This does not apply to areas not included in the agreed scope.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LucyAdi Cleaning Solution is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to services is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
