Rescheduling
- You may reschedule by contacting us as soon as possible.
- Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.
Cancellations
- Please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule.
- Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee to cover reserved time and travel.
Access issues / lockouts
- If we cannot access the property at the scheduled time (lockout, no answer, pets not secured, etc.), it may be treated as a no-show.
Weather and emergencies
If severe weather or an emergency impacts service, we will communicate and reschedule as soon as possible.
